Engineering arm responsible for the physical construction, focused on Built-to-Suit development, vault shielding, and thermal containment.
Governance & Legal Shielding
Consortium operations are regulated by a strict MOU. Investment and capital management will be isolated in an SPE (Special Purpose Entity), ensuring asset protection and financial transparency for investors.
